Create Dolphin Template
Dolphin template in on templates directory, template directory is prefixed by “tmpl_”, the default template is tmpl_uni. Just need to copy the default template to new template directory:
cp templates/tmpl_uni templates/tmpl_xxx -r

Template Files
The template files for every page is page_nnn.html under template directory, the nnn is name index. if the specified page_nnn.html not found, then default.html is used.
